So you've all seen her, kinda hard to miss, yeah?
You've all heard of her, and if you haven't then you're just bad at life.
But since nobody else even has the courage to make it, in the spirit of the other "Appreciation" threads, I figured it was about time I made a special little shout-out to a very, very special little yellow Hero of mine - Candi "The Banana" LeMew. In fact she's everyone's Hero really, or should be in an ideal world. Of course though this thread isn't intended to be like the other appreciation threads, because nobody can be like The Banana.
Being The Banana is much more than just a title and it's far more than just a yellow catsuit.
Of course any scrub can get those.
You see .... It's an attitude and a way of life.
It was many years ago when I first met The Banana. Back then she was a simple, homeless Intaki girl floundering on the streets of some ****** planet in Bereye. Unlike you idiots in The Federation I could see the potential within this young woman, unlike The Federation I had the money to support a homeless young woman and so I quickly inducted her into my cause. I've flown with her since, she's often by my side and I've lost count of the amount of times she's died both for and with me.
You'll still find her by my side to this day, both in space and on the forums. Fearless, aggressive, attractive and always engaging.
Fashion icon. Combat pilot. Unofficial/unauthorized Diplomat. Beautician. Barista. Bait. Comedian. Troll.
Ladies and gentlemen, please give it up for nature's Quafe ... The Banana.
Because you know ...
And yes boys ... she's single.

I'd like to take a really brief moment to just point out that more people are interested in The Banana than a free Obelisk in Dodixie.

You know, Frank, one of the wonderful traits I've discovered in Cand is just how approachable she is.
The Banana has five minutes for everyone, regardless of their caste or creed, profession or persuasion, orientation or ordinariness. It's a beautiful quality really and I think if ever we did have some kind of "Overlord" she'd fit the bill as well as she does that tight little yellow bodysuit.
Likewise, there's no need to be shy. I'm sure she's looking at your lovely post and blushing herself right now, giving those little goggles a quick adjustment because she can't believe her eyes.

I too have had my fill of seeing people enjoying themselves on the forum in positive, if a little spammy, ways. We need more negativity, more anger, more edgy NPC corp alts.
Though this is different, here we are giving thanks to The Banana for being the tasty space-blessing that she is. This isn't about alts, and I don't see any around here, just a lot of mains. And the warm wishes and pro-Bananaism they're bringing to this thread on their own accord is something to be praised. There are some really lovely people around here, and that's what this thread, and The Banana are truly all about.
